Executive coaching for leaders who want to get more done
…without losing their team or their minds
PSST…BEING BRILLIANT DOESN’T MEAN YOU’RE EASY TO WORK WITH
Stop managing. Start leading.
If you're a leader, you're great at getting things done. But you’re also constantly cleaning up messes, overthinking every decision, or wondering why your team seems (dare I say it?) miserable.
If you're an employer, maybe you've got a high-performer who’s technically crushing it... but creating friction, confusing people, or burning out in real time.
It’s not about fixing anyone. It’s about helping smart, capable people lead in a way that actually works - for them, and for everyone around them.
This is where executive coaching changes the game.

This isn’t about working harder. It’s about leading smarter
I’m Erica Hanlon - licensed therapist, certified coach, and someone who’s spent over two decades helping high-achievers lead with clarity, confidence, and calm.
I’ve coached professionals at all levels - from first-time managers to seasoned executives and even a professional athlete.
My approach blends psychological insight with practical strategy, helping you (or your team member):
✔️ Lead effectively during high-stakes transitions
✔️ Build executive presence and resilience
✔️ Strengthen internal relationships and emotional intelligence
✔️ Communicate with confidence and clarity
✔️ Prioritize what matters and use time more strategically
Whether you’re the one in the role (or the one supporting someone in it), I help make leadership less reactive and more intentional.
What executive coaching helps you unlock
CONFIDENT, STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Feel grounded and capable, even in high-stakes situations. Build real executive presence so you can stop second-guessing and start making decisions you trust.
COMMUNICATION WITHOUT FRICTION
Say what needs to be said - clearly, respectfully, and with authority. Build trust and reduce conflict across your team.
TIME WELL SPENT
Ditch the never-ending to-do list and reactive work. Use your time intentionally, focus on what moves the needle, and stop carrying things that shouldn’t be yours.

Hiring for a team member?
Many of my clients are referred by their companies - leaders with huge potential who need support with soft skills, executive presence, or managing pressure at the next level.
If you're an HR leader or executive ready to invest in someone on your team, I can help you:
✔️ Clarify goals and outcomes for coaching
✔️ Track progress without breaking confidentiality
✔️ Strengthen performance, retention, and leadership impact

“I cannot say enough positive things about Erica & her work.”
“I cannot say enough positive things about Erica and her work. She helped me think through several major roadblocks. Before working with her, I would get stuck on a problem and not seem to resolve the issue. I now have several new tools in my toolbox to help me through some of my work and personal challenges. She is amazing!”

“Best money I’ve spent in my career.”
“Best money I’ve spent in my career…A friend referred me to Erica shortly after I’d received an exec level promotion…I spent six months in private coaching tackling burnout, rebuilding my confidence, learning tools to be a better executive, and recommitting to my job with more clarity…
But the BEST part, and why this is an investment I wish I’d made way way way earlier, is that Erica actually gave me a framework that ultimately led to more overall satisfaction as well as tools to tackle basically anything in my career (and, frankly, life) throws my way with confidence.
She tells you she’ll teach you to coach yourself - it’s real. It continues to pay dividends. I would give her 100 more stars if I could.

Need help asking your employer for support?
You're not the only one. Many of my clients have their coaching covered by their employer - especially when stepping into a bigger role, leading a team, or navigating complex challenges at work.
To make your request easier, I’ve created two quick resources to help:
✔️ A professional, customizable email template you can send to your manager or HR
✔️ A detailed coaching proposal that outlines goals, structure, and ROI
These tools are designed to make the case for coaching without awkward conversations or extra legwork. Just personalize, send, and start the conversation.

The most common feedback I get from past clients?
“I’m still using what you taught me - months (or even years) later.”
Executive coaching isn’t just about getting through today’s challenge. It’s about building the presence, skills, and strategy to handle whatever leadership throws your way next.
For individuals, it means:
- More confidence in high-stakes situations
- Less overthinking, more decisive action
- Better communication and influence across the board
For employers, it means:
- Stronger performance and retention
- Leaders who make better use of their time
- Fewer people issues taking up valuable energy
And according to the International Coaching Federation, companies report an average 7x ROI on coaching investments.
In other words: It works. And it lasts.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I work with high-achieving professionals who are technically strong—but often overwhelmed, under-supported, or struggling with the soft skills that no one ever teaches you.
Some are newly promoted managers trying to lead without burning out. Others are senior leaders navigating complex teams, politics, or pressure. Many are referred by their companies because they’re smart and capable—but need support with confidence, communication, or executive presence.
If you’re driven, self-aware, and tired of trying to DIY your way through leadership... we’ll probably work really well together.
-
We’ll hop on Zoom for 30-60 minutes. I’ll ask about your goals, challenges, and what’s going on in your role (or with the person you’re referring).
You’ll get clarity on whether coaching is a fit. And if it’s not, I’ll point you toward something that is. No awkward sales pitch. Just a real conversation.
-
Many do. I’ve created a customizable email template and a detailed coaching proposal you can send to your manager or HR team.
You don’t need to over-explain or feel weird asking. They’ve probably paid for less useful things.
-
We meet 1:1 over Zoom, usually every week or every other week, for 50 minutes. In each session, we’ll work through real-world challenges you’re facing - Whether it’s communication friction, decision fatigue, leadership dynamics, or navigating a high-stakes role.
I bring strategy, tools, mindset support, and accountability. You bring your full brain and whatever’s currently keeping you up at night.
You’ll leave each session with more clarity, a plan you actually want to follow, and tools you’ll use long after coaching ends.
-
Private coaching starts at $5,000 for 12 sessions and $8,500 for 24 sessions.
We’ll talk more about the details on your consult call, including payment plans and whether this is the right investment for your goals.
-
Nope. It’s forward-focused and action-oriented.
I am a licensed therapist, which means I know how to support you when mindset issues show up — but coaching is about leadership, strategy, and performance. It’s about where you’re going, not what’s broken.
-
You can fill out the application for them or you and I can start with a consult call together.
Either way, I’ll make sure everyone’s on the same page about goals and expectations before we move forward.
