Hi! I’m Erica.

Licensed therapist, corporate dropout, and coach for high achievers who are ready for what’s next (and what to make sure they get it right)

It’s about time you figured out what’s next (without the existential crisis)

I work with executives, leaders, and high achievers who are ready for a smarter next chapter - and want to make the right move, not just any move

LIFE COACHING

For high achievers ready for what’s next

EXECUTIVE COACHING

For leaders who want to lead, not manage

CAREER COACHING

For people ready to love their career

BURNOUT COACHING

For high achievers tired of being tired

I’m on a mission to help you make your move. And make it count.

You've done the work. Earned the seat. Built something real.

And now you're ready for what's next. You just need the right person in your corner to make sure you get it right.

That's where I come in.

My clients come to me when they know something needs to change

I help high achievers figure out what that change looks like and make it happen. Without the drama or blowing up everything they've built.

What people are saying…

NOT YOUR AVERAGE BACKSTORY

How’d I get here?

I was pretty sure I was going to change the world as a therapist.

But fast forward 4 years - I was working as a therapist in corrections, feeling underpaid, unappreciated, and well, if I was changing the world - it sure didn’t feel like it.

So I traded in my therapy couch for a cubicle in Corporate America. Almost immediately, I knew I’d made a big mistake.

Providing management consultation and trainings to companies didn’t feel like enough. So I launched a private practice on the side.

But eventually my husband sat me down and told me I was working too much and I needed to choose - the therapy practice or my corporate job.

Therapist or corporate?

If my life were a movie, this would be the glorious moment where I was super brave and went all-in on myself.

That’s not what happened.

Completely overwhelmed with self-doubt, I chose my corporate job and closed down the private practice.

I told myself it was the practical choice. I have three kids so a predictable paycheck felt safe and comfy.

And I stayed. For years. In a job that was fine. Objectively fine. With a great team, flexible schedule, and yoga pants every day.

But I was bored, frustrated, and had no idea what to do about it.

My husband (the same one who'd told me to pick one thing) was now begging me to do something about it. Apparently listening to me complain about my job every night was getting old. Fair enough.

That's when I found coaching.

Becoming the CEO

I found coaching purely by accident (honestly, I thought “life coaching” was a dumb, made-up thing). But stumbling across a life coaching podcast, I was struck by how useful the content was.

So I launched a coaching practice on the side (still clueless about things like marketing and thinking that selling was super gross).

But I knew I could help people and I wanted to build something that felt like ME.

I was not an overnight success.

After fumbling around for almost a year, I hired my own coach. And shit got real.

I went from $3000 to $300,000 in two years. Lost the 15 pounds I’d been trying to lose for 10 years. We bought a cabin in the Colorado mountains.

And when it came time to choose (again) - my business or my corporate job - I rewrote the story. I became the CEO of my life and went all-in.

Today, I work with leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achievers who are ready to do the same.

I found the answers

It took me a long time to figure out my next move.

I kept looking for the answers outside of myself and never found them.

I took career assessments. Asked friends and family for advice. Tried to stay where I was and practice gratitude. Nothing worked.

Because the answers were never out there. They were in here. And I just needed the right help to find them.

That's what I do for my clients now. I help you stop looking in the wrong places and start making the move you've been building toward all along.

Today I work with high achievers who are at an inflection point.

They've built something real. They know something needs to change or they're ready to level up in a significant way.

And they want to do it with intention, not impulse.

If that's you, I'd love to talk.

I'm not the right coach for everyone. But if you're done waiting and ready to make your move. The right one. On your terms. That's exactly what we do here.

No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what's next.
