PRIVATE COACHING APPLICATION
You’re ready for a higher standard
Okay, I’ll admit it.
My credentials are a little...weird.
10 years as a therapist. 11 years in corporate.
And now I bring the best of both to my coaching clients.
Which basically means I understand the environment you're operating in AND the psychology behind why smart people hit a ceiling and how to move past it.
Okay, moving on.
Before you apply
My coaching is for high-achievers who know the next level requires something different. Because what got you here is exactly what’s keeping you stuck.
A good fit looks like:
You're a leader, or you’re becoming one, and you take that seriously
You’ve been operating in high-gear for so long that it’s become your default (and it’s starting to cost you)
Something has stopped working, and you already have a sense of what it is
You want to be challenged on your thinking, not just supported through it
Surface-level advice stopped working a long time ago
Psst…If you're looking for resume help, job searching support, or interview prep, I’m not your gal. Totally fine, it's just not what I do.
The application takes about 3–5 minutes.
Answer honestly and don’t overthink it (clarity matters more than perfection).
I personally review every application. If it looks like a fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a call. If not, I’ll point you toward other resources.
HOW THIS WORKS:
“Best money
I've spent in my career”
“Best money I've spent in my career... A friend referred me to Erica shortly after I'd received an exec level promotion… I spent six months in private coaching tackling burnout, rebuilding my confidence, learning tools to be a better executive, and recommitting to my job with more clarity…But the BEST part, and why this is an investment I wish I'd made way way way earlier, is that Erica actually gave me a framework that ultimately led to more overall life satisfaction as well as tools to tackle basically anything my career (and, frankly, life) throws my way with confidence. She tells you she'll teach you to coach yourself - it's real. It continues to pay dividends. I would give her 100 more stars if I could.

“Working with Erica has been revolutionary to both my career and myself personally”
“Working with Erica has been revolutionary to both my career and myself personally. When I began with Erica, I felt misaligned & drained internally and professionally. Erica’s approach at really funneling down to the nitty gritty quickly was extraordinary - and quite simple…The value is in her ability to very quickly synthesize the information and do something with it - mostly in the form of recommendations and ideas. I consider myself a great problem solver and pattern spotter but Erica’s insights were true eureka moments I would not have unearthed with my best effort.
Working with Erica has resulted in my choosing a new role better aligned with my career desires, skills and passion in life. The most meaningful part of working with Erica beyond the career reset I desperately needed, is that her insights were far more than professional for me. Her insights into me personally - whether it was core beliefs or tendencies - allowed me to pinpoint areas of growth that need to be addressed to set me, as a human, up for success in LIFE. To say she is magical is an understatement - she is incredibly gifted using a potent mix of her psychology background, her corporate expertise, and natural skills.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Most coaches work on mindset OR strategy. I work on both at the same time, because in my experience you can't separate them.
My therapy background means I understand the psychology that drives success (or prevents it). My corporate background means I understand the environment you're operating in.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, plus 11 years in corporate and a coaching certification.
It’s true that coaching is and unregulated industry, which means credentials vary wildly. Mine don't. -
My approach is highly customized to your goals, your strengths, and the specific things getting in your way.
The work tends to move through four phases. The order and emphasis shift depending on you, but this is generally the shape of it.
1- Get Clear Most high-achievers are so busy executing that they've never stopped to ask what they actually want. (Not what they're supposed to want. What THEY want.) This is where we start.
2- Build Your Strategy Once we know where you're going, we build a plan that fits your wiring, your role, and your real life. Not a generic framework. One that works for you.
3- Protect Your Resources High achievers are usually great at pushing hard, but they don’t do it strategically. We build habits that let you perform at your highest level consistently, not just in bursts.
Build the Identity to Match This is the piece most people skip. Strategy without the internal foundation to back it up only gets you so far. We work on the confidence, the mindset, and the self-concept that makes success actually stick.

Nope. Therapy is designed to help you heal. Coaching is designed to help you succeed.
That said, my background as a therapist shapes how I work. I catch things a lot of coaches miss. If something comes up that actually needs clinical support, I'll tell you. -
Many of my clients are able to get their employers to pay for coaching through professional development budgets.
Here’s a proposal and email template you can use to send your request. -

"I ended up making up that investment in the first 6 weeks."
“10 months ago I was considering closing my 6 year old business after having a very difficult year. I had forgotten how to grow and was so blocked by all of my ideas and fears, that I could not get out of my own way and my business was on life support. It felt like a HUGE investment to hire Erica, and it was… but I ended up making up that investment in the first 6 weeks of my work with her. Erica helped to remove the blocks in my own thinking that were limiting me, helped brainstorm growth strategies, gave me tools for getting out of my own way and has been my biggest cheerleader, confidant, and coach to help me reach goals I thought were pipe dreams.
This year will be my best year in business, almost double the revenue of my previous best, and there’s no way I could have done it without Erica. She is worth her weight in GOLD. Plus she’s wonderful and hilarious and super fun to spend time with while she’s helping to rewire your brain and business.”

"She helped me think through several major roadblocks."
“I cannot say enough positive things about Erica and her work. She helped me think through several major roadblocks. Before working with her, I would get stuck on a problem and not seem to resolve the issue. I how have several new tools in my toolbox to help me through some of my work and personal challenges. She is amazing!”
