I know this terrain because I've lived it. I burned out as a therapist. Then went to Corporate America and burned out there too. Turns out the problem wasn't the job. It was me. I was the drama.

Nope. I'm a licensed therapist and that training absolutely informs how I coach. It's why clients say we get to things faster and deeper than other coaching they've tried.
But this isn't therapy. We're not processing your childhood or diagnosing anything. We're focused on where you are right now, where you want to go, and what's actually in the way.

Fair question. Most coaching stays at the surface. It works on what you're doing without touching why you keep doing it.
My therapy background means we can actually get to the pattern underneath, not just the behavior on top.
Clients who've tried other coaching before tend to notice the difference pretty quickly.

Most clients work with me for three to six months. Some stay longer because they want to, not because they have to.
The goal is always that you walk away knowing how to do this without me. I'm not trying to create dependency. I'm trying to make myself unnecessary.

We meet 1:1 over Zoom, usually every other week, for 50 minutes.
I bring strategy, tools, mindset support, and accountability. You bring your full brain and whatever’s currently keeping you up at night.
You’ll leave each session with more clarity, a plan you actually want to follow, and tools you’ll use long after coaching ends.

Private coaching starts at $5,000 for 12 sessions and $8,500 for 24 sessions.
We’ll talk more about the details on your consult call, including whether this is the right investment for your goals.

A good friend loves you too much to tell you the hard thing. A therapist helps you understand why you are the way you are. I do something different.
